QuickBooks® Set-up:
We offer professional QuickBooks® Installation and Setup services. We will install a QuickBooks version best suited for your business. Once QuickBooks is installed properly on your system, the setup process is ready to begin.
As part of the QuickBooks® Set-up we will:

• Gather the information you need to setup a QuickBooks file
• Create a data file and set user and company preferences
• Set up QuickBooks lists (accounts, items, fixed assets, etc.)
• Input opening balances
• Set the beginning balances on bank reconciliations for bank accounts
• Set up user profiles and access privileges
• Verify the accuracy of the QuickBooks setup

QuickBooks® Training Services:
Training is performed by a full-charge bookkeeper with at lease 3 years of bookkeeping & solid QuickBooks experience. We will identify areas where you may not be utilizing QuickBooks software to the fullest. We use simple vocabulary; all training is done in your office or via Web Ex. In our training session we will cover:

• An overview of accounting basics
• How to set up your data in QuickBooks and get started the right way
• Learn how to navigate the QuickBooks interface
• Learn common QuickBooks tasks like:
  • How transactions work in QuickBooks®
  • Setting up customers and jobs
  • Recording cash sales and invoices

QuickBooks® Tune-up/Review:
We will review your accounts on the balance sheet, income statement, your transactions for the year, and your existing QuickBooks® setup.

We will make suggestions for improvement in areas where we see errors and improper use of
QuickBooks®.

We will also identify areas where you may not be utilizing QuickBooks® software to the fullest. These include customizing reports and forms, changing QuickBooks® preferences, and adding features such as class tracking, customer types, memorizing transactions, automating payroll, closing the books etc.  
We will answer your questions and provide personalized training or ongoing bookkeeping if needed.

Online Outsourced Accounting Package

Your accounting files are hosted on a secure remote server which can be accessed from ANY computer in the world, 24 hours a day.  The application service provider that we use is absolutely safe from outside contaminates and predators and yet allows the ability for multi-user accessibility.  The ASP performs daily back-ups of your files. Should prior data from a specific date ever be needed, the ASP can easily retrieve and restore it. You and your bookkeeping team can access your files at the same time!  No more waiting for your bookkeeper to finish your files before you can review or edit. 

Accountants Special Business Package (ASBP)
Monthly Package includes recording check registers, deposits, credit card information, payroll, monthly tax compliance, out of pocket expenses and bank reconciliations. Monthly meeting with accounting manager for guidance and consultation to review P&L and Balance Sheet.

Special Payroll Business Package
Consists of paychecks, customized reports, form filing and compliance. Red Flag Guardian Service, we monitor issues like special deductions, workman’s compensation, over-time and unemployment issues to save you money.
